Expand and deepen your cultural horizons while making lifelong friends. IndiaRooted is an unique two-week program for Indian-American teens to visit India with others like themselves in order to develop a personal connection to their ancestral homeland.

Recognizing the importance of where we come from
It is impossible to know where you are headed without reflecting on where you came from. Understanding your heritage, your roots and your ancestry is an important part of carving out your future.
This concept is what brought to fruition IndiaRooted. IndiaRooted sees a world where today’s youth recognize where they come from and value how it shapes who they are.
You are at the beginning of your new perspective when you return from your IndiaRooted experience. Life will not be the same now that you better understand who you are and where you come from.
Programming. Distinct activities that cannot be found elsewhere that develops the travelers' personal understanding of the Indian culture.
Safety. We are working with vetted on-the-ground partners who are fully insured and trained in working with youth.
Ongoing. It does not end when the trip ends. There will be continued connections to India and opportunities to connect with those in your cohort. You will be part of a special network.
